LumaTale Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the LumaTale mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), provided by Shenzhen Sanzhiwang Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").

LumaTale is a short drama streaming application that allows users to browse, watch, and enjoy short-form video content. The App may provide free content, advertising-supported content (including rewarded video ads), and optional in-app purchases or subscription services.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect

• Operating system and Android version
• Application version
• Device identifiers
• Google Advertising ID (GAID)
• Network information (such as connection type and IP address)
• Language, country/region, and time zone settings

Account Information

• Email address or mobile number
• Google account information if you sign in with Google

• Login and account status information

Video and Usage Information

• Video viewing history
• Recently watched episodes
• Playback progress
• Favorite content
• Search records inside the App
• Content interaction information
• User preferences
• Coin, reward, and task activity related to watching ads or unlocking content
• App usage events, screen views, and feature interaction data used for analytics
• Crash logs and performance diagnostics

Advertising Information

• Advertising ID (GAID)
• Ad impressions, clicks, and completion events
• Rewarded ad watch records
• Approximate location derived from IP address
• Crash, performance, and fraud-prevention signals used by ad partners

Purchase Information

If you purchase coins, unlocks, subscriptions, or other premium content, payments are processed through Google Play Billing. We may receive product ID, order status, purchase history, and membership validity. We do not collect or store your complete payment card information.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide video streaming and account services
• Save viewing progress, favorites, and preferences
• Recommend relevant content
• Show advertisements, including rewarded video ads used to unlock episodes or earn in-app rewards
• Measure ad performance, prevent invalid traffic, and detect fraud
• Attribute installs and in-app events
• Analyze product usage through Firebase Analytics
• Process Google Play purchases
• Diagnose crashes and improve application performance and stability
• Send service-related notifications
• Comply with legal requirements and protect platform security

4. Advertising

LumaTale is an ad-supported application. We display rewarded video ads and may display other ad formats. Watching ads may be required or optional in order to unlock episodes, claim coins, or complete in-app tasks.

AppLovin

Our primary advertising partner is AppLovin, using the AppLovin MAX mediation platform. AppLovin and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as:

• Google Advertising ID (GAID)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device type, operating system, language, and network information
• App identifier, session information, and ad interaction data
• Information used to deliver, personalize, measure, and optimize ads, and to prevent fraud

Mediation Partners

Through AppLovin MAX, ads may also be served by additional ad networks. We currently use Mintegral as a mediation partner. Mintegral may collect similar device and advertising information under its own privacy policy: https://www.mintegral.com/en/privacy

Other ad networks may be added through AppLovin MAX in the future. Those partners will process data under their own privacy policies.

Your Ad Choices

You can limit personalized advertising on Android by going to Settings > Google > Ads and selecting Opt out of Ads Personalization, or by resetting your advertising ID. This does not stop all ads; you may still see ads that are less relevant to you.

Depending on your region, AppLovin and other partners may also provide additional privacy choices described in their privacy policies.

5. Third-Party Services

LumaTale uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics — in-app usage analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting and stability monitoring

• Google Play Billing — in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Google Install Referrer — install source measurement

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share limited information with trusted service providers for:

• Application operation and customer support
• Advertising, ad measurement, and fraud prevention
• Analytics and attribution
• Payment processing through Google Play
• Legal compliance and security

Under some privacy laws (such as certain U.S. state laws), sharing data with advertising partners for personalized ads may be treated as a "sale" or "share" of personal information. You can opt out of personalized ads as described in Section 4.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information, including secure transmission, access controls, and security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including by advertising and analytics partners. Where required, we take steps intended to protect information transferred internationally.

9. Children's Privacy

LumaTale is not intended for children under 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App shows third-party advertising, it is directed to a general audience and is not a children's app.

10. User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may contact us using the email below.

11. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide services, measure advertising, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data except where retention is required by law.

12. Permissions

LumaTale may request permissions necessary for video streaming, notifications, advertising identifiers, and specific application features, including:

• Internet and network state — to stream video and load ads
• Advertising ID — to deliver and measure ads
• Notifications — to send service messages

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically, including when we add advertising partners. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
